Real-world scale. PBR material with 4k textures (basecolor, metallic, roughness, normal, AO, and emissive). Optimized topology with clean geometry and no n-gons. Two traffic light signal states are included via 2 emissive textures (walk and do not walk); you can change them interchangeably to achieve your goal. Only main texture maps are applied to the model in the files; full textures with the emissive maps are included in the texture file. Some file formats may have incorrect texture imports or may not have textures included due to their technical limitations; you can fix that easily by downloading the separate texture file provided and using it.
