When modeling, the model was baked from High-POLY to LOW-POLY.
The model is divided into 3 materials, each of which is mirrored on the second UDIMs, to improve the quality of the textures, but the model is one mesh!
The railway was used only for rendering, it is not in 3D files!!!
The low poly 3D model is ready for use in game engines, the model can also be used in various other purposes and scenes.
The model is not triangulated, rendered in Marmoset Toolbag 4, preview shows the maximum mesh of the model, textured in Substance Painter.
PBR textures created at 2048x2048 have the following maps: Normal, Roughness, BaseColor, Metallic and Opacity.
