This is a costume crown for Saint Aphrodisius of the Hunchback of Notre-Dame but it can work for many other uses. If printed 1:1 then it will fit a 7.5 hat size but it can printed at almost any scale that fits your printer. I split the crown into two pieces and you can glue together with five dowel pins. For 10% fill, it will take 152.7 grams (0.34lbs) and 17.1 hours. 238.8mm (9.45in) x 128.9mm (5.275") x 82.55mm (3.25") - that's for one half. Printed it in gray and painted the jewels with red.
