Scientific Background

This 3D representation of Venus is based on observational data from missions such as Magellan, Akatsuki, and the Hubble Space Telescope. The physically based textures include both visible and ultraviolet cloud layers, derived from scientific imaging, offering an authentic view of Venus’s upper atmosphere. The surface maps are built upon radar and infrared imaging datasets with refined artistic enhancements for improved visual clarity.
