Hey there, David here from the Food-For-Crows team! Presenting the Wooblock Print method-brushes.

This is a METHOD BRUSHSET. Method Brushes are stamps and predefined elements to produce an illustration, becoming assets for those who need to produce a design or illustration quicker than created from scratch by hand, or to enhance a drawing further.

These brushes are assets and always cost $5 USD in a set, whereas the regular brushes emulating traditional media are at $2 USD per set.

The ABR file has been created with Photoshop CC and contains Ukiyo-e brushes for creating images looking like a woodblock print. The brushes 1-9 are lineart stamps, the 10th brush is a texture and can be used to stamp it into a new layer in Photoshop to play around with layer blending modes. The 11th brush is an ink drawing brush to alter the outlines of the stamps or to draw entire forms with it by hand.

Have a look at the preview image and you can figure out the elements. For this preview, each stamp form has been coloured and further altered via the usual editing tools of Photoshop for variety. Your creativity will have no limits and you can use these brushes to enhance your art as well.

They have been carefully crafted and are for any purpose in your art, especially if you need some quick cool effects.

The inkbrush in the set (brush no. 11) is also perfect for lineart, and with the stamps you can create quick drawings that can be coloured just like in the preview image.
