A collection of modular sci-fi city sections.

The set comes with 3 individual buildings, as well as a modular ground section. The ground section is divided into a top and bottom pieces, making 5 pieces in all.

Each piece has it's own 4k texture set.

4 different styles of skin are included.

All materials are PBR (Physically Based Rendering) Metal/Roughness, compatible with Unity and Unreal Engine 4.

I have also included Unreal Engine 4 packed texture sets of each texture style.

Mesh formats included are OBJ, compatible with Unreal and Unity, as well as .blend so you can export in additional formats.

Sample renders were done in Iray and Sketchfab.
