A 3D model of a weighing scale for medical or personal purposes loosely based on Soehnle 7850, created by me in Blender. The model is not an exact copy of the real thing, I modified it a little bit to my liking, but it's still very close.

It is relatively low-poly, below 18.000 vertices. The previews made in Eevee are obviously bad, they are only for reference.

Some of the planar (flat) surfaces are modeled in n-gons, but I tested the whole thing by triangulating it and bringing it to Unity. No problems whatsoever. Still, if you need a triangulated version, I can provide it.
