Included is the Unreal Engine project, within the project, is the skin shader that is free. It can be used for personal and commercial projects. The shader can be edited and remixed to suit your needs. However the other project files, are only for personal/eductational use. The skin is hand painted with the help of Metahuman textures in Zbrush.
