A two-story wooden mansion with a stucco main façade that competently imitates the forms of stone architecture. A unique combination of local material and the traditions of wooden architecture with the techniques of classicism. The originality of the house is given by the use of stucco, including the heads of lions crowning the window frames. The house was not damaged during the city fire of 1879, when almost the entire center of Irkutsk was destroyed, and to this day has retained its space-planning solution.
