All models have the same UV, so all textures fit with them (note: sometimes it's better to don't use "complex" textures on the more "deformed" models).

I've included high poly version of all meshes. They're high poly, so use them on your choice (maybe, in case of eating animation or inventory 3D close up) .

Anyway, all of them have LODS to set in base of your necessities.
