Single Light Studies: 1500+ Female Figure References
Photographed under a single light source, this session keeps light and shadows consistent across every pose, making it easier to study form, anatomy, and the way light falls on the body. The pack includes 1500+ high-resolution reference photos of a flexible female model in expressive, academic poses with a strong focus on the female figure.
The shoot moves through standing, sitting, floor, and supported poses, with a posing cube used throughout the session to create different levels, angles, and body rhythms. You'll also find a series with a spear, adding more variety for character design and figure drawing.
Use these references to practice academic drawing, anatomy, gesture drawing, figure drawing, light and shadow, and character design. A consistent lighting setup also makes it easier to study values, skin texture, and the subtle transitions of light across the figure.
