My current ZBrush 4r8 UI config file that I use in my latest workshops. Makes it easier to follow along when your screen looks like mine.

Just drop it in your ZStartup folder or load it through Preferences/LoadUI

I moved my brushes over to the right for more workflow fluidity and added more of the buttons I usually have to dig for. It's not perfect but it's a good start!

Note: There are some brushes on my palette that you may not have so just fill the "holes" left there with your own!
