Palettator is a floating panel and you can put stuff in it and sample colors. Simple as that.

Both Windows and Mac (Intel) are supported.

⚠️ Palettator requires Photoshop CC: from version CC2014 to the newest. M1 Macs currently aren't supported. ⚠️

Place your palette, reference or you cat there. The panel is visible in fullscreen mode, floats above documents. Toggle visibility with hotkey, export dominate colors to swatches.
