Exceptionally handsome, Dypsis decaryi is a small to medium sized palm adorned with a solitary trunk topped with a three-ranked crown of gray-green to blue-green, keeled, feather leaves. The common name of this palm comes from the triangular shape that is formed by three distinct points where the fronds emerge.
