🎯 Session Modes (Gesture Practice)

• Training session presets: Free (endless loop at one interval), Warm-up (30s × 10 poses), Class (progression 30s → 1m → 2m → 5m → 10m), Long Pose (5m × 4)
• Custom session builder: chain blocks of "pose length × pose count" with a running total of poses and time
• Session summary on completion: poses drawn and total time spent
• Progress readout in the status bar: current pose, block, and total done

🔔 Audio Cues

• A ding on every pose change and a short tick 3 seconds before the end — keep your eyes on the paper, not the screen
• Toggle with one click (or the S key)

🎨 Study Tools

• Mirror — horizontal flip to catch proportion errors (M)
• B/W — grayscale mode for reading values (B)
• Focus mode (F): hides all chrome, giant centered timer

📌 Always-on-Top Window (PiP)

• Full control panel in the floating mini window: prev/play/next, Shuffle, Mirror, B/W, sound, session and interval selection
• Real-time timer updates in the PiP window
• All settings sync both ways between the PiP and the main window

• The image list no longer stretches the window: with hundreds of photos it scrolls inside its own column while the viewer stays put
• Pagination replaced with a simple scrolling list that auto-follows the active image
• Timer fully rewritten: the countdown number and progress bar now run off a single clock — no more desync
• Pause now truly freezes the countdown and resumes from the same spot
• Changing the sort order no longer resets your current position
• Shuffle never shows the same image twice in a row
• All settings (interval, sort, session, tools) persist between launches
