HQ Residential House is a fully interactive American-style house with the ability to walk inside, open doors, windows, closets and switch on/off the lights. All these features are available in Unity-package version.

Main features: - PBR; - exterior and interior included; - made by a real house blueprint; - scripted doors, windows and light switches; - with lighting already set up; - different walls, floors and ceiling textures for customization; - textures sizes from 1k to 4k; - tris count about 40k total.

You get two versions: 1) .unitypackage file with all these content and demo-scene included; 2)Zip-archive with all these source models (.FBX) and textures (.TGA) to use in any 3d-software or in any game engine.
