The scene has clean and fairly low topology. Only the floor and pallets with boxes are textured.

The product comes in couple formats: fbx, obj, blend and other.

There are 3 versions of blend file provided:

Warehouse Interior 5c - BLEND.blend - Warehouse interior with pallets. No textures packed. Warehouse Interior 5c - BASE PACKED.blend - Warehouse interior without pallets. Floor textures packed. Warehouse Interior 5c - ALL PACKED.blend - Warehouse interior with pallets. All textures packed. Longer save times due to textures.

I recommend using BASE PACKED blend file and linking "PalletsBoxes" Collection from Pallets.blend. Just open BASE PACKED, go to file->Link->Pallets.blend->Collections->PalletsBoxes. It will make saving file much faster.

You'll get everything what can be seen on pictures.

Floor texture is made from 3 maps: Base color, roughness and normal. All maps are 4096x4096. Pallets with boxes texture is made from 4 maps: Base color, roughness, metallic and normal. All maps are 4096x4096.
