Corona materials isn't converted from V-ray, It rebuilt from scratch in order to reach better result. Preview in first page got rendered with V-ray engine and preview in second page got rendered with Corona engine. Rendered with V-ray version 5 and Corona version 5.

The leaves aren't a single plane, they are modeled with thickness in 3ds max.
File scale and unit are set with a default value:
Display unit scale = Centimeters
System unit scale = Inches

X: ~ 28 cm
Y: ~ 34 cm
Z: ~ 75 cm
PBR 4k textures.
All objects in the scene are logically named and have their own material of the same name / Multi Sub-object. Archive include 3ds max V-ray, 3ds max Corona file, additionally .FBX Vray file and .FBX Corona file format.
