Description
A rubber tiles floor material with moss. 100% procedurally generated material made in Substance Designer. This material has a number of parameters for customizing the look of the material. You have two base variations (the base clean pattern and a layered pattern where some of the tiles are shifted layered on top of each other), additionally among other parameters you can adjust the amount of moss (with two parameters to break up the moss coverage), the water level, the edge wetness, dirt amount. You can find additional renders on my portfolio.

Notes
Compatible with Substance Engine v6. and you need Substance Designer 2018.3.1 to open the .sbs file. Preview images rendered in Marmoset Toolbag 3. The .sbsar can be used with any Substance Plugin in Unity, Unreal, Maya, etc. or with the free Substance Player - Substance Player
The .sbsar file works without problems in Maya and Unreal (just make sure you import custom moss masks as Substance Image Input) but it can have some problems in Unity (in this case delete the custom input mask and the fuzz map output in the .sbs file and re-export the .sbsar file, then it should work).
