The mounting is done with one screw with a head diameter of 6 mm or 8mm depending on whether you print the model at 100% or 120% scale, the screw must be threaded into the wall until the distance between the screw head and the wall is 10mm or 12mm, the idea is that when you slide the element part 2 in position it must feel slightly forced after which the hand part 1 comes over part 2 and is held in place with a pin.
