Here is a futuristic fabric Substance inspired by traditional Japanese bishamon pattern (.sbs .sbsar). This is a fully procedural material created from scratch in Substance Designer. This outputs BaseColor, Roughness, Normal, Ambient Occlusion and Height channels.

Several useful parameters are exposed in the graph including color presets, Hue Saturation Lightness, roughness details and more.

Important notes:

Renders are created using the height output for displacement. If the result you see is not similar, please enable height output and tesselation/subdivision. Please note that this was created with the latest Substance Designer version as of writing (12.4.1) Compatibility with earlier versions is neither guaranteed or supported.
