Extract the archives, open the Blender library or append selected materials into your project, then assign and adjust them for your scene. The inspected source was saved in Blender 5.0 and uses Cycles; use a compatible version. The download is a material library, not a complete Victorian city model pack. Other renderers or game engines require material conversion or baking.
