THE ENGRAVING COLLECTION (2025): ISSUE 6 - Gustave Dore
At Digi Life, we recreate the tools used by history’s greatest artists, transforming them into high-quality digital resources you can use right on your iPad.
This collection is inspired by the rich tradition of engraving, an art form that spans centuries and cultures, defined by its precision, texture, and timeless beauty.
The sixth product in the series is dedicated to Gustave Doré and his iconic illustrated work London: A Pilgrimage. Renowned for his dramatic compositions, dense cross-hatching, and powerful use of light and shadow, Doré captured the atmosphere and social contrasts of 19th-century London with remarkable intensity.
