https://youtu.be/6eRY49oxJNI π¨ Texturing Women's Shorts with Lace Trim in Substance Painter π¨
In this 20-minute tutorial, I walk you through the process of texturing a womenβs short with a delicate lace trim edge using Substance Painter. We'll start by importing the 3D model and setting up the viewport for optimal workflow.
Next, I'll show you how to create a base material using default smart materials from the Substance library, then add intricate details using a variety of tools and alphas. I'll also demonstrate how to generate custom patterns with Leonardo AI, including the prompts I used to achieve the desired textures.
For the lace trim, I utilize a perfect tool from our marketplace, specifically designed for creating beautiful lace edges. As a bonus, Iβm offering 2 sample trim textures for free, which I also use in this video.
Whether you're a beginner or experienced in 3D texturing, this video has something for everyone. Follow along to enhance your texturing skills and add a touch of elegance to your projects!
