The house measures 7 x 12.6 m. It has three rooms. Separate shower and toilet. The layout is simple, compact and spacious, with every centimetre well thought out.

You can build it yourself by ordering production drawings from me, or order a ready-made house kit from us. Ready-made wall panels, roofs and, if necessary, floor panels will be delivered to you.

We produce ready-made house kits and deliver them throughout Europe. For the convenience of our customers, we have two factories. One in Ukraine, the other in the Netherlands.***
